    I can’t believe Amazon is just sitting on the rights to this book. It would make an amazing movie! It has all the elements: suspense, intriguing story, believable and likable characters, and a villain whose horrible plan is both repugnant and understandable. I often read about books that are impossible to put down, but this is my first after 100s (1000s?) of books over the 69 years I’ve been reading.

    This is easily my favorite book of the year. A must read. I’m not typically one for a spy novel, but this is so much more than that. Just wow. I’m sad it’s over!

    I can’t say enough about how fabulous this book is. It was suggested at our book club and I thought it sounded like it would be fun read but to be honest it wasn’t a genre that I had ever been that attracted to. And I certainly didn’t expect the writing to be so wonderful or the story to be so engrossing and exciting. I literally couldn’t put it down. My poor husband lost me to Terry Hayes and Pilgrim for a couple of weeks. I look forward to reading all of his books now.

    Reading I Am Pilgrim was a just excellent experience. I fell in love with Terry Hayes’ style of prose and how the story was built. I am certain I will read every thing Terry has written, probably twice.

    The story telling in this book is incredible, the author digs into an incredible amount of detail while also keeping a dizzying pace. I have read this book twice and loved it both times.
