I was excited to start this book. The buildup was great in the beginning, but the resolution was convoluted and unsatisfying. I found it difficult to stay invested in the story as I found the dialogue unbelievable at times. The writing style, bland, basic and forgettable, wasn't to my taste, either.

Addicting , could not put it down. Gave me nightmares. I wish there was a part 2 since the end doesn’t say much about what happened to Oz.

So effin good you can’t stop thinking about when you lay down at night. Thrilled to find an author (Hillier) I love as much as Slaughter, Cain, and Flynn. I’m floored by their talent.
