A real take on how terrible humans can be when they let ego take the drivers seat. I wish we could’ve gotten a bit more background on Shamdon, but still a very addictive book. I hated every single character, but I loved that I hated them because they all hated each other, and that was the point. Just REAL humanity. Good stuff

Cruel look into human behavior when faced with true terror, and the cruelty between religious beliefs including those who have no such beliefs may be the worst. Add to that an evil that is intangible? It becomes deliciously vile. Cold, diabolical, and a bit disturbing. Blood and snow. Oh, and there’s an ark and documentary crew. 😲💙📚🩸

My second horrifically gripping suspense novel by this author. Such real characters, they pull you into being up in the cave and are an eye witness to the evil that had waited through the ages. Hooray for you Christopher Golden.

Started out interesting and just kept getting worse

Absolutely could not put this down, ending was a tad disappointing but not enough to ruin anything for me. Fantastic book!

Two main characters are unlikable. The Walker trio and the camerawoman are the only enjoyable part of the book. They behave like really people and are interesting. Everyone else reads like cliched Friday the 13th movie victims. Ending was obvious and disappointing.

Great ending! Starts as typical evil artifact/possession and then ends with a twist!

Easy to read and exhilarating

This book was excellent. The right amount of scary with the right amount of background details. Don't miss out on this story.
